MILESTONE TRAVEL OR BUCKET LIST TRAVEL PLANNING DESIGN
Working with us follows our exclusive FIT TRIP program:

Fact-Finding – We begin by doing a little fact-finding about you and your travel group through our short trip planning form. It’s easy and will only take a few minutes. Once we know a bit about you and your group, we assess if our expertise is the perfect fit to make your vision a reality. If it’s great fit, we’ll schedule a good time for your complimentary initial planning session.

Ideas – During this initial planning session, we want to hear all about your ideas for a great trip. We’ll actively listen to your ideas, get some more specifics and share our initial thoughts. Armed with all this information, we’ll discuss our planning fee, and if we all agree to move forward, we’ll collect that fee so we can get started designing your customized group adventure.

Track down – We excitedly work to turn your vision into an expertly designed itinerary with a boatload of ideas for your group; and yes, a boat may actually be included! We love this part, because we get to track down the perfect options for your group by leveraging our proprietary resources and exclusive research tools to create an itinerary you’ll love! Get ready to enjoy premier destinations, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, amenities you can’t get on your own, and yes, a little vino or other leaded beverage of your choice as you wind down, or rev up, your evening!

Talk it Over – We bundle up all our favorite options to talk over with you so you can select the itinerary elements that create the perfect adventure for you and your group. Sometimes this process takes a couple of tweaks, but that’s ok! We want your journey to be just as you envision!

Reveal – Once we have your perfect itinerary, we create marketing materials and social media posts to help you with the “big reveal” for your group adventure. If you need a little “in-person” marketing to help fill your group, we can work with our wonderful suppliers to sponsor a gathering for your potential travelers so they can learn about the fantastic experiences awaiting them.

Itinerary – We create an interactive, app-based, and easy to follow itinerary outlining every step of your journey including hotel, air, transfers, tours, restaurant recommendations, directions, and copies of all your important documents. You’ll love having everything you need literally in the palm of your hand, and available any time on-line or off-line.

Payment & Protection – We work with each group member individually to collect trip payments and answer questions making sure everyone is well-prepared to set off on their big adventure!
As for that other “P”, protecting your travel is NOT an after-thought for us. We offer great insurance coverage options and while we strongly advise that everyone purchase trip protection/travel insurance for domestic travel, we require it on all international trips.
Lastly, we protect your peace of mind because either Journeys That Fit or an on-site location supplier will be available to assist you with anything you might need throughout your trip. So all that’s left for you to do is just relax and dream about your wonderful journey!
FUNDRAISING TRAVEL

PROFESSIONAL FEES
As with any professional service, you should expect to pay a fee to receive the expertise gained from years of education and experience of a professional advisor. The best travel advisors out there will always charge a professional fee for the time and love put into each and every trip. We are no different! Each trip is unique to you, our client, so our pricing can vary based on complexity, length, number of travelers, and other factors. We will inform you of this fee during or shortly after our first discussion.
